  • 1 hour per week (2 hrs total phone or in-person consults)

  • Up to 12 hours coordinating

  • Assist with creating a schedule

  • Organizing Set-up/Floor-plan

  • Communicate and confirm vendors

Event Planner (12 months to 1 month prior to event)

  • Monthly meetings up to 1 hour per meeting x2

  • Unlimited emails & texts

  • Tailored timeframe to fit the needs of the event

  • Create and implement schedule of events

  • Create floor plan

  • Extra team member included

  • Contract services, vendors, rental equipment or accessories

  • Negotiate & oversee contracts

  • DECORATE, SET-UP, TEAR DOWN, LOAD & UNLOAD
