These services include confirming all vendors, creating a perfect timeline, attending a one hour rehearsal and implementing a flawless and memorable event.

45-Day Coordinator

The Fairy Rose Package

Starts at $2250

Our “Month Of” package begins 45 days prior to Wedding Day. Giving our couples an extra two weeks provides that perfect calm as we become “point of contact” for all your vendors. This popular package pairs nicely with our decorating package as it includes a venue visit to design a specialized floor plan.

Reviewing vendor contracts, creating a detailed timeline, ordering your event liability insurance and allowing full communication with your assigned coordinators will ensure a smooth, stress-free wedding day.

The Juliet Rose Package

After you have said “YES! your Planner and an additional team members will assist you in finding the perfect venue and vendors.

Our team will assist with negotiating vendor contracts, design your wedding top to bottom and reserve the rentals and decor necessary by providing you with full access to our inventory. (glassware/dinnerware, drapery and linens have additional fees)
