Day-of Coordinator

The Cricket Rose Package

Starts at $1050

Coordinators begin contract 14 days prior to Wedding Day and will:

  • Confirm all vendors and

  • Create and communicate the timeline

  • Attend a 1 hour rehearsal

  • Handle all questions, deliveries, shipments, etc. to ensure everything arrives and is set up as requested

  • Work with vendors as the point of contact on the day of the event

  • Implement the timeline and keep your wedding day running smoothly

  • Assist with clean up and break down

The Rose Bouquet Package:

Items from this package can be added on to any other package we offer.

  • Consulting services $90p/hr

  • Decorating services starts at $500 Allow our team to be your hands and feet and give your family and friends a break!

  • Floral design

  • Contract services such as grounds assistants, parking assistants, rentals

  • Linen service

  • Glassware/Dinnerware

  • Rehearsal dinner and OR brunch set-up/tear down

45-Day Coordinator

The Fairy Rose Package

Starts at $1450

Coordinators begin contract 45 Days Prior to Wedding Day and will

  • Include an assistant

  • Give access to our Aisle Planner Software

  • Give access to our Inventory

  • Review the vendor contracts and become point of contact at 45 days

  • Create a detailed schedule for your rehearsal, ceremony, and reception

  • Communicate the timeline of the ceremony and reception with the officiant and vendors

  • Design a floor plan for the chosen venue

  • Attend bridal visits and rehearsals

  • Handle all questions, deliveries, shipments, etc. to ensure everything arrives and is set up the way you imagined

  • Organize and direct the entrance for the family members, the groom, groomsmen, officiant, bridesmaids, and bride

  • Work with the DJ concerning the music and official ceremony timeline

  • Coordinate and create a photo shot list

  • Implement the full timeline and ensure a smooth schedule and stress-free day

  • Assist the crew you designated in set up and clean up (add our decorating service and let our team do all the work!)

  • Provide a final walk thru with the venue

Complete Planner

The Juliet Rose Package

STARTS AT $4000

After you have said “YES! your Planner and an additional team member will -

  • Assist you in finding the perfect venue

  • Recruit vendors and negotiate contracts

  • Assist with the design for your wedding top to bottom and reserve the rentals and decor necessary

  • Provide full access to our Inventory (Glassware/Dinnerware & Linens have additional fees)

  • Be available by text, email or phone at any time

  • Full access to Aisle Planner Software

  • Design a floor plan for the venue

  • Complete all items referenced in The Fairy Rose Package PLUS

  • Assist with hotel blocking for guests

  • Assemble welcome baskets and deliver to the chosen hotel

  • Create and communicate the timeline

  • Attend a 1 hour rehearsal

  • Handle all questions, deliveries, shipments, etc. to ensure everything arrives and is set up as requested

  • Work with vendors as the point of contact on the day of the event

  • Implement the timeline and keep your wedding day running smoothly

  • Clean up, pack up all decor and provide a final walk thru with the venue

 

Upon booking there will be a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve the date you are requesting. The final payment will be due 60 days prior to the event.
